Thank you for choosing 821 & Co. for your graphic design, website design, and print services. By making a purchase, you agree to the following terms:

1. Premade Products:

• All premade digital products are available for immediate download.

• Premade products are not eligible for customizations. The design scope of these products is at the buyer's discretion.

• All sales of premade products are final and nonrefundable.

2. Custom Digital Products:

• Custom digital products, including graphic design and website design services, are nonrefundable.

• Includes 2 free revisions. Up to two (2) free revisions (i.e., text, color, or images), additional $15 per revision or an additional $25 if revisions require the design concept to change. Any revisions to custom digital products may take up to 7 business days depending on the design queue. Please allow time for completion.

• Once the final custom digital product is delivered to the client and posted online, revisions will incur a fee of $15 per revision.

• If the flyer was designed for an event that has been canceled or rescheduled, the date can be changed on the flyer free of charge ONE TIME ONLY. The designer must be notified of event cancellation at least two (2) weeks prior to the new date. Any additional modifications to the flyer other than the date change will be $15 per request.

• Professional or high-resolution photos are required (no screenshots). All logos must be transparent.

3. Website Design Services:

• A 50% deposit is required before the start of any website design project.

• The remaining 50% balance must be paid in full prior to the transfer of ownership and final handover of website files.

• Website design completion times can take up to 6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the project and the design queue.

• Domain and hosting fees are the responsibility of the client unless specifically added to the service package by 821 & Co.
